2008 Moulin-Haut-Laroque
A Bordeaux Blend Dry Red Table wine from Fronsac, Bordeaux, France,
Review by
Robert Parker WA # , #182 (Apr 2009)
Rating: (87-89)
Drink 2009 - 2024
Another sleeper of the vintage as well as one of the most consistent wines from the up and coming Fronsac appellation, Moulin-Haut-Laroque’s 2008 exhibits
plenty of minerality intermixed with blue and red fruit, floral, and crushed rock notes.
It is a medium-bodied, densely packed effort possessing beautiful fruit purity and sweet tannin.
Drink it over the next 10-15 years.
